Return Process

  Securely pack the jewellery in its original branded packaging to ensure the delicate charms and clips are protected during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
